Welcome to the web site of Chris, Robin and J.C. Wakeman.

JC played Drums for worship -April 26th 2014
JC and Robin both played in the worship team at church today.
This was monumentous, because it was the first time for JC.
I was mixing sound.
We were both so proud of JC. Both services had an awesome worship.

We recently spent a week at North Myrtle Beach. It is our favorite beach spot.
During that stay JC was able to get SCUBA lessons.

After returning from the beach, we find our baby birds have grown a lot.

The caption of this picture could be "A Son that loves his Dad"

D-Day June 6th 1944
at 6PM on this day 26 years ago, June 6th 1987, I was married to my best friend. Robin Austin Wakeman has put up with me, and endured many sleepless snore filled nights. In fact that has probably encouraged her being a night owl. We have shared dreams together. Shared goals together. Shared laughs together. Created a son together. And she still cooks and does laundry for me. I love you Robin.
And to think there were those in our lives back then that said "They would rather Chris be Gay than married to Robin". Needless to say they are no longer in our life.

I recently turned the big Five Oh! I received a short note from my father that made my eyes sweat. I thought I would share some of it here with you.

Dear little bitty boy,
I can't hardly believe that you are turning 50. It seems just like yesterday when you were just a little boy. You were so cute and well behaved. You have grown into a man any father would be proud of. You are kind, soft hearted, smart, a good father, a hard worker, a loving husband and best of all, my son. ........

There was more but this was the part that touched my heart the most.
I Love You Dad!

We had a week at the beach. Amazing how fast 11 years go by..
